Over my 9 years of stage management in professional theatre, I managed between 3-50+ people, worked on both sides of the production team, and translated artistic notes from the director to the actors and designers. Produced the run of the production to ensure consistent delivery of the director’s vision at each performance. During the high-pressure and fast-paced performances, I troubleshot problems and created solutions before the problems arose.
